“AUTOCLUB RENTALS” CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
“AUTOCLUB RENTALS” hereby rents vehicles to renter subject it all terms and conditions
on the front page and renter in consideration there of agrees to the terms of the

agreement.
MAXIMUM AUTHORIZED SPEED 50 K.
1. DELIVERY & RETURN
The vehicle is delivered to the renter in good overall condition and without
apparent defects. Any complains as to its condition must be made to “Autoclub
Rentals” immediately on delivery. The renter agrees to return it with all
accessories and in the same condition at the location, time and date designated in
this agreement, otherwise renter will be responsible to compensate “Autoclub
Rentals” in addition to the normal rental charge. “Autoclub rentals” reserves the
right to take back the vehicle at any time without demand at renters expense, if
the vehicle is used in violation of this agreement.
2. CONDITIONS OF USES
The renter is expected to look after the vehicles mechanical condition, oil, water,
tires, etc. Any repair of the vehicle by renter himself or any other party is not
allowed. Vehicle must not be used:
a) to carry persons or property for hire
b) to tow any vehicle, trailer or other object
c) in race, test or contest a following Rally
d) for subleasing by renter to another party
e) while renter or any authorized driver is under influence of alcohol, medication,
drug, barbiturates etc.
f) in contravention of any customs, traffic or other regulations
g) by any other person not authorized by “Autoclub Rentals”
h) to transfer or carry heavy luggage, inflammable materials, bad smelling goods,
narcotics, etc
i) The renter is not allowed to ferry the car
3. INSURANCES
“Autoclub Rentals” provides insurance coverage for persons using the vehicle with
its permission in accordance with an automobile third party liability insurance
policy. (Excluded are bicycles). Luggage insurance is not available and renter is
responsible for any loss of property belonging to the passengers.
The renter is responsible for the car key. The costumer is obliged to pay the half of
the value of the car in case of total destruction by his fault.
4. ACCIDENTS
In case of an accident or any other incident (fire, theft, etc) renter is responsible
within 12 hours to follow the insurance procedures as set:
a) Call the police
b) Obtain names and addresses of eye witnesses
c) Do not acknowledge third party claims
d) Contact “Autoclub Rentals” immediately
e) Complete and sign the accident report.
5. CHARGES
a) The renter pays at delivery the full rental charge to “Autoclub Rentals” in
advance. Any amount which results of using the vehicle against the terms on
the contract.
b) The rental charge includes charge, taxes and extra costs, which are noticed on
the contract.

6. MISCELLANEOUS
a) The renter of hir representative acknowledges that he acquires no rights other
than state in this agreement.
b) All addition authorized drivers are jointly and severally liable with the renter
under this agreement.
c) This agreement supersedes any other written or verbal agreement between
“Autoclub rentals” and renter
d) Any and all disputes which may be arise between “Autoclub Rentals” and renter
will be settled before the competent courts of Greece.
